A: In return a product in its original condition (not damaged), the return fee will be paid by the customer and it is 25 SR. It will be deducted from the returned product’s price.
In return a damaged product, Lopportunita Italiana will pay all fees.

Provided that the exchanged or returned product is in its original condition and has not been used.
Q: How long is it permissible to exchange / returns the damaged product?
A: You can exchange or return the damaged product within 14 days of the purchase.
Q: How long does the exchange / returns process take for the damaged product?
A: In case we work hard to satisfy you, it may take 14 business days for the exchange or return process.
Q: In the process of returns, how do I refund the amount that I paid?
A: The refund is made after the damaged product arrives and we confirm the condition, and then transfer the amount to your account.
Q: In the process of exchange, what are the steps taken?
A: If you wish to exchange a product and choose the replacement product, will gladly accept that after product arrive to us and we confirm the condition, then we will send replacement product to you immediately after paying shipping charge and other charges (if any).
